Drury Inn & Suites San Antonio Airport

I booked this online for a trip to SAT to see my son graduate from BMT. I was so happy that I made the right choice with my stay at Drury Inn and Suites. It was amazing!! They have popcorn in the lobby in the evenings, a snack buffet like meal in the evenings, a snack area in the lobby with water, snacks, and even ice cream for purchase. Although, I missed the breakfast meals while I was there, I am guessing they were delicious just like the evening snack mini meals were. The room was exceptional and the bed and pillows were so comfortable. Clean and very homey. A coffee pot, microwave, and refrigerator, safe, and a hairdryer, ironing board and iron. I also had the best sleep I have had when away from home hands down. They also have a shuttle to get to and from the airport that is super clean and fast, especially "Leo". If I ever happen to go back to San Antonio, I am already sure I will stay at this hotel. It was the best experience in a long time and the staff were so nice and helpful. On a scale of 1-10 I give it a 20. It was the best stay I have ever had :-)

Great Breakfast, Great Kick Back with everything you need, great location near the airport with shuttle and at the freeway, wonderful staff, and very clean.

The breakfast was pretty standard. No bells and whistles but it wasn’t bad. I love that Drury also offered free dinner and free cocktails as well. Id never stayed at a hotel that gave you so much for free!! They even had a popcorn machine in the lobby & offered some freshly popped everyday. The pool was nice & even though texas is more than hot enough, there was a jacuzzi as well. The rooms were large & spacious. The king size bed was very comfortable and everything always smelled clean from the halls to the actual bedrooms. The bathroom was nice. They were not cheap with the towels either and gave more than enough I was able to wash my own clothes in the laundry room. Nice & clean. Only $5 (this included the detergent i bought) Offered a free airport shuttle (more free!! 🤩) Staff was always very nice and pleasant. I traveled with a baby and everyone was always more than willing to help with any/everything. From carrying luggages, to bringing my food back to the table at dinner.

I loved how close in relation to downtown San Antonio it was. Our location was right next to the freeway which helped with our back and forth travel. It was wonderful that there was complementary breakfast/dinner every night we were there.

The room which I prefer to call a condo, was beautifully decorated. It consisted of a living room/kitchen, bedroom, bathroom and huge walk/in closet. It is less than half block from entrance to Riverwalk. And easy walking distance to the Alamo. The security was so good. The front doors are always locked and opened only by the staff or the guests’ key (fob). The elevator would only operate by the same. I felt so safe! The staff was awesome!
